You will need the free Acrobat Reader to complete the graduate school application form.

By submitting the graduate school application form you:

• Certify that the information is true and correct to the best of your knowledge
• Understand that nondisclosure or misrepresentation of information can affect your admission status
• Grant permission to Eastern to report your completion and graduation rates

Please Note: Despite the instructions at the end of the application requesting payment of a $10 application fee, online applications do not require the submission of this fee. The fee will instead be added to your bill as a matriculation fee at the time of your first enrollment.
