Please use these forms to request transcripts to be sent to Eastern or to another school. To open these forms you will need to have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Send Your Transcripts to ENMU

Fill out the Transcript Request form, print it and give it to the registrars at your school to have your transcript sent to Eastern.

Send Your ENMU Transcript to Another School

Fill out the ENMU Transcript Request form, print it and give it to the Office of the Registrar, in Administration, Room 105 to have your official ENMU transcript sent to another college.
